The App allows you to create shopping lists and list items.

The App provides a feature that allows you to share your shopping lists as plain text using Android’s built-in sharing options.
When you choose to share a list:

  • Sharing is initiated entirely by you.

  • The App does not automatically share any information.

  • The App does not receive, monitor, or store the information you choose to share.

  • Any sharing is governed by the privacy policies of the third-party apps or services you select (such as messaging or social media applications).

4. Internet Connectivity

The current version of the App does not require an internet connection to function and does not transmit your data to us.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party services for:

  • Analytics

  • Advertising

  • Authentication

  • Cloud storage

  • Crash reporting

  • User tracking

  • Payment processing

No third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) are integrated for data collection.

6. Advertising

Shopping Planner & Checklist does not display advertisements.
No advertising identifiers are collected or used.

7. User Accounts

The App does not require users to create an account.
There is:

  • No registration

  • No login

  • No password

  • No user profile

8. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

9. Data Retention

Since we do not collect or store your data, we do not retain any personal information.
The shopping lists you create remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

10. Device Backup

Depending on your Android device settings, your device may include application data in encrypted system backups provided by Android.
These backups are managed by your device and your Google account (if backup is enabled) and are not accessed, controlled, or stored by Codezira (SMC-Private) Limited.

11. Security

Because your shopping lists are stored locally on your device, you remain in control of your information.
While we strive to protect your information through the App’s design, you are responsible for securing your device using available security features such as screen locks and device encryption.

12. Children's Privacy

Shopping Planner & Checklist is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults.
Since no personal information is collected from any users, no children’s personal information is collected, stored, or shared.

13. International Users

The App may be made available worldwide.
Regardless of where you use the App, the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy remain the same because the App does not collect personal information.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information:

  • There is no account to delete.

  • There is no personal information stored on our servers.

  • You may delete your shopping lists at any time within the App.

  • Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data, subject to your device’s backup settings.
